We are a locally managed tour organizer based in Kalimantan, offering intimate wildlife experiences in Tanjung Puting National Park through carefully arranged river journeys aboard our traditional wooden houseboats, known as klotok.

Unlike several operators who rely on third-party boat providers, Sagara owns and operates our own klotok fleet (Sagara Alpha and Sagara Beta). This gives us better control over quality, preparation, scheduling, and guest comfort throughout the journey.

Our fleet currently includes two different styles of klotok experiences:

• A comfortable private klotok featuring two air-conditioned deluxe cabins, ideal for travelers seeking comfort while exploring the rainforest.

• A more open and nature-oriented klotok experience, designed for guests who wish to feel closer to the sounds, atmosphere, and rhythm of the jungle.

Because the boats are managed directly by our own team, we can maintain better flexibility during the tour and ensure smoother coordination for every guest experience.
