Day 1 — Journey to Camp Leakey

08:00 AM – 12:30 PM: River Cruise Along Kumai & Sekonyer River

• Board the klotok and begin a relaxing cruise along the Kumai and Sekonyer Rivers.

• Enjoy the beautiful rainforest scenery while keeping an eye out for wildlife along the riverbanks, including macaques, proboscis monkeys, monitor lizards, and various bird species.

  
  

12:30 PM – 02:00 PM: Arrival at Camp Leakey & Lunch on Board

• Arrive at the legendary Camp Leakey and enjoy lunch served aboard the klotok while surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the rainforest.

02:00 PM – 03:30 PM: Explore Camp Leakey

• Take a short jungle walk around Camp Leakey and learn about orangutan conservation in Borneo.

• Guests may also visit the information center and explore the surrounding forest trails.

03:30 PM – 04:30 PM: Orangutan Feeding Session

• Witness the famous orangutan feeding session and observe these remarkable primates in their natural rainforest habitat.

04:30 PM Onwards: Cruise to Black River & Overnight on Board

• Continue cruising toward Black River while enjoying the late afternoon rainforest scenery.

• Spend the night aboard the klotok, surrounded by the sounds of nature and the peaceful atmosphere of the jungle.

Day 2 — Pondok Tanggui & Tanjung Harapan

06:30 AM: Breakfast on Board

• Wake up to the sounds of the rainforest and enjoy breakfast while cruising through the heart of Tanjung Puting National Park.

07:00 AM – 09:00 AM: Cruise to Pondok Tanggui

• Continue your river journey toward Pondok Tanggui Camp, one of the most important orangutan rehabilitation and feeding sites within the national park.

• Enjoy the scenic river views and opportunities to spot wildlife along the way.

09:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Orangutan Feeding at Pondok Tanggui

• Take a short walk through the rainforest and witness another orangutan feeding session.

• Observe orangutans of various ages as they gather at the feeding platform surrounded by lush tropical forest.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Cruise to Tanjung Harapan & Lunch

• Return to the klotok and continue cruising toward Tanjung Harapan.

• Lunch will be served on board while you enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the river.

02:30 PM – 04:30 PM: Explore Tanjung Harapan & Orangutan Feeding

• Arrive at Tanjung Harapan and enjoy a short exploration of the area before attending the afternoon orangutan feeding session.

• This historic camp was one of the first orangutan rehabilitation centers established in Tanjung Puting National Park.

04:30 PM – 06:30 PM: Wildlife Watching, Fireflies & River Cruise

• Begin your journey back downriver while searching for wildlife along the riverbanks, including proboscis monkeys, macaques, hornbills, and other rainforest species.

• As evening approaches, enjoy the magical sight of fireflies illuminating the Nipah Palm trees along the river (weather permitting).

• Dinner may be served on board depending on weather and river conditions.

06:30 PM Onwards: Return to Pangkalan Bun

• Arrive back in Pangkalan Bun and transfer to your hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable Borneo wildlife adventure.
